Born and raised in Vancouver, Rhea has been living in Richmond for over 12 years with her husband and two daughters. She graduated with a Master's degree in History from UBC. Rhea has many diverse interests. The next time you see her, you can ask about her experience teaching dance to 1700 students at 16 local elementary schools within 7 months.
